Museum (Atlanta), the California Museum of Photography, the National
Museum of Mexico and the San Jose Museum, among others..
1 NO SETUP FEES AND NO CHARGE FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
    a. Flatbed scanning of your original art (up to 40" x 60"), photos, or transparencies6 (we can also work from a high resolution Photoshop PSD,
TIF, JPG, & BMP files See Our Digital File Printing Guidelines)
    b. Sizing and All Image Adjustments, such as, color, contrast, brightness, saturation, etc.
    c. Full size proofs will be sent to you for your remarks and adjustments on Arches, Rives BFK, Winsor & Newton or Somerset Velvet Paper
        (up to 22" x 30") or on Canvas (up to 40" x 60").
2 We use the finest Archival Inks (Rated for over 100 years) and the finest Fine Art Papers available including:  Arches 140 lb Cold Pressed & Hot Pressed Watercolor Papers, Arches Cover, Rives BFK, Somerset Velvet, Winsor & Newton, and many others. For paper sizes of 13" x 19" to 22" x 30" ), when appropriate, we will provide Arches 140 lb. Cold Pressed Watercolor paper with Deckled Edges and Watermarks.  For output on Canvas, we use the finest Fredrix Ultrasmooth Canvas.
3 Minimum Order 15 prints per image - Minimum Order $150.00. See Single Print Pricing for fewer than 15 pieces.
4 We recommend your Edition size be less than 200, but its your choice. You only have to print 15 at a time to get our Quantity Prices. See our Single Print Pricing for fewer than 15 pieces.
5 For odd Canvas sizes, i.e. 12" x 22", use Table size which covers both dimensions, i.e. 16" x 24". When printing on Fine Art Paper, we usually suggest 2+ inches of paper margin around the image, especially for pieces larger than 11" x 13". When printing on CANVAS we provide an additional 2" of canvas all around the IMAGE for stretching purposes, i.e. for a 16" x 20" (IMAGE) framed oil on canvas, we would deliver a 16" x 20" IMAGE centered on a 20" x 24" piece of canvas.
6 To get the best results, we recommend that we   flatbed  scan your original art (we can flatbed scan up to 40" x 60").  We can work from a high quality 8 x 10 Photo or high resolution Digital File (at least 300 ppi at the Output Size desired) TIFF, JPEG, GIF, BMP or PHOTOSHOP PSD files (See Our Digital File Printing Guidelines). PHOTOSHOP PSD files are  preferred.  Transparencies are problematic when it comes to proofing color, but we are willing to work with you if only transparencies are available (See Our  Slide & Transparency Guidelines).

Please note that the very best results are always obtained by having Crimson flatbed scan your work directly.  And, having the original, allows us to Color Correct the proofs to almost perfectly match your original.  Because we do not charge any additional scanning and proofing fees, when using our "Quantity Pricing", it is also much cheaper for you.  We can Flatbed Scan Originals Up To 40” x 60”.  ALSO NOTE: Color corrections are always needed.  Often several proofs each followed by additional color, contrast, saturation, brightness, and / or other corrections are required. Having the original allows us to proof and correct the work, which cannot be done without your original.
7 We can enlarge or reduce your original to fit your desired final size.
8 Shipping of Proofs (Up to 24" x 30") Cost (UPS) $18.00 - ($39 - Outside Continental 48 States)
Shipping of Final Order (UPS) $18.00 - ($39 - Outside Continental 48 States) Plus Insurance if desired.
If your Original is larger than 24" x 30", then Shipping of Proof & your Original back to you at least $39.00 + Insurance, (Outside Continental 48 States $68.00 + Insurance)
Insurance on your Original is extra - Insurance, if you wish it = $0.75 Per $100.00 of insurance desired.  UPS 2-day and 1-day deliveries are extra.
9 Discounts Are Cumulative:  For example, if you purchase 15 pieces on 22" x 30" Arches paper for $43 each, then the next time you order 15 additional pieces of the same image you only pay the 25 piece price of $38 each.

Many Giclée Printers charge high Setup, Scanning,
Proofing and Archival fees.  By the time you get your
first Giclée print you have typically paid two hundred
to four hundred dollars for it.  For very little more,
the Crimson Quantity Pricing Program gets you
15 pieces. - Not just one.

At our Quantity Pricing, you should be able to sell
your giclée graphics at a suggested retail of about 8 to
10 times your cost.  This means that you only need to
sell a couple pieces to recover all of the cost for all
15 pieces. (see our Retail Pricing Guidelines).

While we do have Single Print Pricing, which is
amongst the lowest in the industry,  our all
inclusive Quantity Pricing Program of printing a
minimum of 15 prints is the most cost effective pricing
in the country.

    •   They allow you to raise the price of your originals to their full market value. Making money on the
Giclées allows you to hold out for the best price on your originals.

    •   They provide you with additional product marketing price points. For example, if your original art sells
for $1500, you could raise your original to $2500 and sell the 22”x30” Giclée for say $350 and the
11”x13” Giclée for say $65. This gives you three price points and makes your work more accessible.
Therefore, if someone likes your work but can’t afford $2500, they can pay $350 for a large Giclée or
$65 for a small one. Now, anyone who likes your work, can afford something of yours.

    •   They are very cost effective, since you only have to create a few at a time (versus offset printing of
        hundreds or thousands).

    •   MOST OF ALL, they leverage the time you put into a given work of art which allows you to generate
very significant additional revenue from your initial labor at a very small additional cost. For example,
if you create an edition of 100 pieces of a 22”x30” Giclée, over time this will produce the following
        additional retail revenue: 100 x $350 = $35,000.00 - $4000 (Approximate cost over time) = $31,000.
Additional Profit for the same labor of love you already put into your original.
